Triple Berry Crisp

Ingredients

1½ cups (~240g) strawberries, sliced

1½ cups (~210g) blueberries

1½ cups (~225g) raspberries

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp cornstarch

1/4 (48g) sugar

1 cup (~96g) oats

1/2 cup (56g) whole wheat flour

1/2 cup (96g) light brown sugar

3/4 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine berries, sugar, cinnamon & zest. Sprinkle with the cornstarch and toss until fruit is coated. Pour mix into an un-greased pie dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and top over the fruit.

Bake about 40 min or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.
