✤1½ cups (~240g) strawberries, sliced
✤1½ cups (~210g) blueberries
✤1½ cups (~225g) raspberries
✤1/4 tsp cinnamon
✤1 tsp lemon zest
✤1 tbsp cornstarch
✤1/4 (48g) sugar
✤1 cup (~96g) oats
✤1/2 cup (56g) whole wheat flour
✤1/2 cup (96g) light brown sugar
✤3/4 tsp cinnamon
✤Pinch of salt
✤1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
❖Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
❖In a large bowl, combine berries, sugar, cinnamon & zest. Sprinkle with the cornstarch and toss until fruit is coated. Pour mix into an un-greased pie dish.
❖In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and top over the fruit.
❖Bake about 40 min or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.
