✤1/2 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
✤1- 14 oz can red beans, drained and rinsed
✤1/2 red onion, chopped (~85g)
✤10 cherry tomatoes, halved (~100g)
✤8 radishes, sliced (~200g)
✤2 oz baby spinach
✤5 oz smoked salmon, sliced
✤2 tbsp sesame oil
✤1 tsp soy sauce
✤1 tsp balsamic vinegar
✤1 clove garlic, minced
✤ salt & pepper, to taste
❖In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, balsamic & garlic.
