✤2 lbs protein of choice - chicken, sirloin tips, pork tips, etc
For the marinade:
✤1/2 cup onion, coarsely chopped
✤1/4 cup vegetable oil
✤2 tbsp red wine vinegar
✤4 cloves garlic
✤1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
✤1 tbsp salt
✤1/2 tsp black pepper
✤1 tbsp sugar
✤1 tsp cumin
✤1/2 tsp ground coriander
✤1/4 tsp cinnamon
✤1/4 tsp cayenne powder
✤1 bay leaf, crumbled
❖Process all marinade ingredients in a blender for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
❖Slice the protein into 1-inch cubes and place into a large bowl or bag. Add the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
❖Cook to your liking on the grill or oven (grill preferable).
