✤3 cups (~680g) plain Greek yogurt
✤2 tbsp (42g) honey
✤1 tsp vanilla extract
✤3 tbsp jam/jelly of choice
✤3 tbsp (48g) smooth peanut butter
❖Line a regular sheet pan with parchment paper.
❖In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey & vanilla. Pour mixture onto the prepared pan and evenly spread with a spatula.
❖Drizzle the jam and peanut butter evenly over the yogurt. Using a knife, swirl toppings into the yogurt.
❖Freeze for at least 3 hours, up to overnight. Break up into pieces as desired.
❖Keep frozen in an airtight container up to 1 week.
