PB&J Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

3 cups (~680g) plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp (42g) honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp jam/jelly of choice

3 tbsp (48g) smooth peanut butter

Directions

Line a regular sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey & vanilla. Pour mixture onto the prepared pan and evenly spread with a spatula.

Drizzle the jam and peanut butter evenly over the yogurt. Using a knife, swirl toppings into the yogurt.

Freeze for at least 3 hours, up to overnight. Break up into pieces as desired.

Keep frozen in an airtight container up to 1 week.
