✤5 cups (500g) rolled oats
✤1/3 cup (65g) chia seeds
✤5 cups almond milk
✤1 ½ tbsp vanilla extract
✤Pinch of salt
✤2 cups yogurt of choice
✤3 cups fruit of choice
❖In a large bowl, add the oats, chia, milk, vanilla & salt and thoroughly stir to combine.
❖Pour into a 9x13-inch baking or serving dish, using a spatula to create a smooth, even layer. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour to thicken.
❖Once set, top with an even layer of the yogurt, then an even layer of fruit.
❖Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold; keeps in refrigerator up to 3 days.
