No Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls

Ingredients

1½ cups (144g) rolled oats

1/2 cup nut butter of choice

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 - 1 cup mix-ins, depending on dryness level

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stirring to combine. If the mix seems too wet, add oats; if too dry, add nut butter. The dough should hold together when lightly squeezed.

Portion into 18 even-sized balls.

Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
