


✤12 slices day-old bread, crusts removed, cubed (~580g)
✤1½ cups cubed fully cooked ham (240g)
✤1 cup (~160g) chopped green pepper
✤3/4 cup (84g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
✤3/4 cup (84g) monterey jack cheese, shredded
✤1/3 cup (~50g) onion, chopped
✤7 large eggs
✤3 cups 2% milk
✤1 tbsp ground mustard
✤ salt & pepper
❖In a 13x9-in baking dish coated with cooking spray, layer the bread crumbs, ham, green pepper, cheese & onion.
❖In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ground mustard, salt & pepper. Pour over top of casserole.
❖Cover and refrigerate overnight.
❖Remove strata from refrigerator 30 min before baking.
❖Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
❖Bake uncovered 45-50 min or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min before cutting.
