✤200g dried prunes

✤200g golden raisins
✤1/4 cup vegetable oil
✤1 lb yellow onions, sliced into rings
✤Pinch of cinnamon
✤Large pinch of white pepper
✤200g walnuts
✤2 tbsp sesame seeds
❖In a large bowl, soak the dried fruit in hot water for 30 min.
❖In a large stock pot, heat the oil over med-high heat. Add the onions and fry until golden, stirring often.
❖When onions are ready, add the fruit, the steeping water, cinnamon & white pepper and cook on low for about 1 hour or until all liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
❖Add the walnuts and cook for another 30 min.
❖Top with sesame seeds and serve hot.
