Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

1/2 cup (96g) white sugar

1/4 cup - 1/2 cup sweet white wine

1 lemon, zested & juiced

Nutmeg for garnish, as desired

Directions

In a chilled mixing bowl, whisk together the cream & sugar until it begins to thicken.

Gradually whip in the wine, zest & juice. Continue to whip until light and fluffy, but not grainy.

Cover the mixture and chill until serving. Garnish with nutmeg as desired.
