✤1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
✤1/2 cup (96g) white sugar
✤1/4 cup - 1/2 cup sweet white wine
✤1 lemon, zested & juiced
✤ Nutmeg for garnish, as desired
❖In a chilled mixing bowl, whisk together the cream & sugar until it begins to thicken.
❖Gradually whip in the wine, zest & juice. Continue to whip until light and fluffy, but not grainy.
❖Cover the mixture and chill until serving. Garnish with nutmeg as desired.
