✤10 oz kielbasa, cut into 1½-inch slices
✤1 small onion, cut into 8 wedges (~300g)
✤2 cloves garlic, minced
✤1 large carrot, cut into 1-inch pieces (~178g)
✤8 oz red potatoes, quartered
✤2 cups (~200g) chopped white cabbage
✤1 cup chicken stock
✤1 tsp salt
✤1/2 tsp black pepper
✤1/2 tsp caraway seeds
✤1/2 tsp smoked paprika
✤1/2 tsp thyme
✤2 tbsp (30g) whole grain mustard
✤1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
❖In the inner pot of an instant pot, add the kielbasa, onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes & cabbage and stir gently.
❖In a medium bowl, stir together the chicken stock, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, smoked paprika, thyme & mustard. Pour this liquid over the meat & veg.
❖Lock lid into place. Select Pressure Cook, adjust pressure to High and time to 4 min.
❖After cooking, quick release the pressure. Unlock lid and stir in the parsley.
