✤1 lb fresh or frozen cranberries
✤1/2 cup water
✤1/2 cup (168g) honey
✤1-2 tsp lemon zest
✤1 tsp vanilla extract
✤1/4 tsp cinnamon
❖In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add in all ingredients and stir well to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cranberries have popped and the sauce has thickened, about 6-8 minutes.
❖Remove the pot from the heat and allow to cool; sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
❖Store for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
