✤2/3 cup almond milk
✤3 egg whites
✤2 cups soft, whole wheat bread crumbs
✤2 green onions, thinly sliced
✤1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
✤1 tsp oregano
✤1/2 tsp salt
✤1/4 tsp pepper
✤1 ½ lbs lean ground beef (90%+)
✤1/4 cup (68g) ketchup
✤1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
✤1 clove garlic, minced
❖Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 2 qt rectangular baking dish with foil.
❖In a large bowl, combine the milk & eggs. Stir in the breadcrumbs, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt & pepper. Add the ground beef and mix well together using your hands.
❖Shape meat into an 8x5 inch rectangle and place in baking dish. Bake 50 min.
❖In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, balsamic vinegar & garlic. Spread over the top of the meatloaf and bake another 10 min or until meat is done.
❖Let stand 10 min before serving.
