✤1 pie crust, premade
✤2 ½ cups fruit of choice
✤1/2 cup (120g) low-fat sour cream
✤2 egg whites, room temperature
✤1/2 cup (96g) white sugar
✤3 tbsp (~22g) all-purpose flour
✤1/2 tsp cinnamon
✤1/4 tsp nutmeg
✤1/2 tsp vanilla extract
❖Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and spray/grease a pie dish with unflavored oil.
❖Press pie crust into dish gently. Sprinkle fruit evenly onto the crust.
❖In a large bowl, whisk together all other ingredients well. Pour the mixture over the fruit, then cover crust edges with foil or crust shields.
❖Bake for 10 minutes, then turn heat down to 350°F (177°C) and bake for 30 minutes, or until center is set.
