

✤1 lb green seedless grapes, washed & dried well
✤1 lb red seedless grapes, washed & dried well
✤8 oz fat-free Greek yogurt
✤4 oz light cream cheese, softened
✤1/4 cup (48g) sugar
✤1 tsp vanilla extract
✤2 tbsp (24g) brown sugar
✤1/2 cup (56g) walnuts or pecans, chopped
❖Cut grapes in half and set aside.
❖In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cream cheese, sugar & vanilla until well blended.
❖Stir in the grapes, then pour the mixture into a large serving dish.
❖In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar & nuts, then sprinkle over grape mix to cover completely.
❖Chill until ready to serve.
