✤1/2 tsp cinnamon
✤1/2 tsp ginger

✤1/4 cup (40g) golden raisins
✤2- 8 oz Brie cheese rounds
❖Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). If using fresh cranberries, rinse in cold water and drain.
❖In a medium saucepan, stir together the water & sugars. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve.
❖Boil rapidly for 5 min, then stir in the cranberries & spices. Return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 min, stirring occasionally.
❖Stir in the apple & raisins and simmer 5 min more, or until desired consistency.
❖Meanwhile, place the cheese rounds in an oven-safe serving dish. Bake for 10 min, or until cheese is warm and softened.
❖Serve with the cranberry chutney.
