Cookies & Cream Fudge

Ingredients

4 cups (~26g) cream-filled sandwich cookies

1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

1/8 tsp salt

18 oz white chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Place half of the cookies in a blender or food processor and process for 10 sec, until they make a fine crumb. Add the other half and pulse until the second half is coarsely chopped. Set aside.

Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment or wax paper.

Add the sweetened condensed milk & salt to a medium saucepan over med-low heat until it begins to simmer, stirring often.

Adjust heat to low and add the white chocolate chips & vanilla extract, stirring until just starting to melt. Turn off the heat and continue to stir until fully melted.

Once fully melted and combined, stir in the cookie crumbs.

Place fudge mix into the lined square pan and spread evenly. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours, or until firm.
