✤4 cups (~26g) cream-filled sandwich cookies
✤1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
✤1/8 tsp salt
✤18 oz white chocolate chips
✤1 tsp vanilla extract
❖Place half of the cookies in a blender or food processor and process for 10 sec, until they make a fine crumb. Add the other half and pulse until the second half is coarsely chopped. Set aside.
❖Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment or wax paper.
❖Add the sweetened condensed milk & salt to a medium saucepan over med-low heat until it begins to simmer, stirring often.
❖Adjust heat to low and add the white chocolate chips & vanilla extract, stirring until just starting to melt. Turn off the heat and continue to stir until fully melted.
❖Once fully melted and combined, stir in the cookie crumbs.
❖Place fudge mix into the lined square pan and spread evenly. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours, or until firm.
