Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

1/2 cup (64g) dark chocolate, melted

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup (20g) cocoa powder

2 large ripe avocados, peeled & pitted (~335g)

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth & creamy, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides.

Divide equally into bowls/jars and chill for at least 1 hour to get a more mousse-like consistency.
