✤1/2 cup (64g) dark chocolate, melted
✤1/4 cup almond milk
✤1/4 cup (20g) cocoa powder
✤2 large ripe avocados, peeled & pitted (~335g)
✤2 tbsp maple syrup
✤1 tsp vanilla extract
✤Pinch of salt
❖In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth & creamy, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides.
❖Divide equally into bowls/jars and chill for at least 1 hour to get a more mousse-like consistency.
