✤1 ripe avocado, mashed (~186g)
✤1/2 cup (40g) cocoa powder
✤2 eggs, room temperature
✤1/2 cup (96g) sugar
✤2 tbsp butter
✤1 tsp baking powder
✤1/4 tsp salt
✤1 tsp vanilla extract
✤1/3 cup (57g) dark chocolate chips
❖Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease an 8x8-inch pan or line with parchment paper.
❖In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients and pour batter into the pan.
❖Bake for 45 minutes or until edges look baked, center will be set (not wiggly), and the top is just beginning to crack.
❖Let cool completely before slicing.
