

✤1/3 cup (~51g) apple, grated, excess liquid squeezed out
✤1/3 cup (~91g) almond butter
✤1/4 cup maple syrup
✤1 tsp vanilla extract
✤1½ cups (144g) rolled oats
✤1 tsp cinnamon
✤Pinch of salt
❖In a medium bowl, stir together the apple, almond butter, maple syrup & vanilla until smooth.
❖Add the oats, cinnamon & salt and mix until evenly combined.
❖Chill in refrigerator 30 min.
❖Scoop out 15 even portions and roll into balls with your hands.
❖Store in fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
