Apple Pie Bites

Ingredients

1/3 cup (~51g) apple, grated, excess liquid squeezed out

1/3 cup (~91g) almond butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups (144g) rolled oats

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together the apple, almond butter, maple syrup & vanilla until smooth.

Add the oats, cinnamon & salt and mix until evenly combined.

Chill in refrigerator 30 min.

Scoop out 15 even portions and roll into balls with your hands.

Store in fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
