✤1 cup (~256g) smooth peanut butter
✤6 tbsp (72g) white sugar
✤1 large egg, lightly beaten
❖Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and place racks in the upper and lower third of oven. Line 2 baking sheets with silicone or parchment paper.
❖In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
❖Spoon about 1 tbsp of dough onto baking sheets, about 1 inch apart, totally 14. Flatten the mounds with the tines of a fork, making a cross hatch pattern.
❖Bake about 10-12 min, or until golden around edges, swapping the baking sheet positions halfway through. Let cool completely on sheets.
